Thin Crust Pizza Baked on a Pizza Stone w Pizza Peel (Intermediate)

  • make the dough like a pro using “00” flour, REAL -TIME
  • learn to hand stretch the dough, make the sauce and bake your pizza at home with a stone & peel (the student will complete this after the dough rises)

The Great Italian, Remote Kitchen Party


Who doesn’t love a party at their Italian family or friend’s house? Now you can have your own, remotely with family or friends!  Choose from 4 types of Remote Italian Culinary Experiences. Minimum of 8 paying participants (1 household = 1 paying participant) Great for work celebrations, clubs, family celebrations, teams, team building, or just to gather some friends to cook and mingle. All events include some free time to mingle… the larger the group, the more time added to your event! You pick the date and time, subject to availability. These events can be adapted to different Time Zones, contact us.

Are you looking for a Private class for less than 8 persons? We charge $100/hour, minimum 2 hours and a choice of recipes.

Merenda means “snack” and this is the perfect experience for an afternoon get together with coffee or tea. Enjoy creating a sweet treat while mingling with friends. Choose from a number of simple treats that can be prepared in the short timeframe.

Aperitivo means appetizer and Italian’s have a wonderful Aperitivo culture that includes late afternoon drinks and small bites! In this culinary experience we will make two recipes that pair well with cocktails. Perfect for couples or a night with the girls! I will even include the recipe for my favourite Italian cocktail!

Corporate Groups

Our remote Private Events are perfect for a Corporate or School group. We have a private ZOOM room that can accommodate up to 100 participants. Contact us for a personalized event. Cost dependent on number of recipes and number of participants. Minimum of 10 participants.


Missed Event Policy

Our Interactive, Public Workshops are non refundable or transferable. Our Private Events can be rescheduled, with 1 week’s notice, and must be rescheduled within 1 month of cancelation. 


Special Requests

You will have a limited choice of menus to choose from for the Private Events. We can adapt recipes, within reason, to accommodate allergies and food restrictions.
